This session will look at how using a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy methodology called Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) has helped reduce workplace stress and anxiety in the Hampshire Constabulary as well as increasing wellbeing. The workshop will introduce the basic model and principals of REBT and give an overview of how it is applied in the Constabulary.
In this workshop you will:
- Gain an understanding of an approach that can help reduce stress in the workplace
- See a case study of how this has been successfully used in a front line organization facing multiple stressors
- Discuss with other festival goers about their approaches to reducing stress and improving wellbeing
- Have the opportunity to be part of a similar study for your organization at no cost
