This workshop gives an opportunity for participants to take a deeper dive into how as individuals and organisations we can be fit for the future. We’ll explore together how the power of purpose, collaboration and community can unleash the potential for each of us to be our best selves and shape our future.

When we look at business being in service of life rather than life in service of business, we open up possibilities of how to create thriving organisations that give space for each of us to be our best selves.

This workshop is for those who:

• would love to explore how we define success and lead with purpose
• are thinking about how you can influence and change within an organisation
• want to connect with others who are experimenting with new ways of leading

Each of you will be invited to share your insights and experiences through collage, art and stories.
